What can be returned

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Sale items follow the same rules as full-price items.
• Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and gift cards are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return

1. Email info@anekstyles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before we confirm, because unannounced returns can't be accepted.
3. Ship the items back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you within 5–7 business days to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us with a photo within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
