You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. If your order arrives in more than one package, the 7 days start when the last package is delivered. We currently accept returns from US addresses only.
What can be returned
- Clothing that is unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the original clear garment bag with its SKU label.
- Sale items follow the same rules as full-price items.
Final sale (can't be returned)
- Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, face masks and gift cards.
How to start a return
- Email info@anekstyles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll reply with a return authorization number and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you have them, because returns without an authorization number can't be accepted.
- Ship the items within 7 days of receiving your return authorization, with the authorization number included in the package. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, it's inspected within 5–7 business days and we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Shipping on our orders is always free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
Returns that arrive worn, washed, without tags or packaging, or after the deadlines above may be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee, or declined.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and make it right.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.
